Network Onboarding
You are now part of the Starpire tracking ecosystem also known as the Platform, Network or Infrastructure. When you activate, authenticate or keep your asset profile updated you immediately agree to these Terms of Service. This software is designed to handle affiliate routing, link delivery and analytics for digital commerce. It is used for managing automated affiliate routing delivering links and tracking multi-channel attribution analytics for digital commerce acquisition.
The Starpire tracking ecosystem helps with digital commerce acquisition. The Starpire tracking ecosystem is also referred to as the Starpire tracking ecosystem, Platform or Infrastructure.
The Starpire tracking ecosystem is used for managing automated affiliate routing. The Starpire tracking ecosystem delivers links. The Starpire tracking ecosystem tracks multi-channel attribution analytics, for digital commerce acquisition.
Authenticity & Link Enforcement
We want to make sure that all traffic is real and honest. All network nodes and publishers taking part must be completely open about how user traffic is generated. Using automated bots scraping scripts, fake proxy networks or software to fake human engagement is not allowed.
Attribution Integrity:
Every conversion link, in your social profiles online store links or content hubs must come from real people who have verified their interactions.
Automated Enforcement:
Our security system checks all traffic in real time. If a system shows fake clicks, too many conversions or strange routing it will lock down the profile immediately.
We have the right to shut down accounts that are flagged and remove any balances.
Invoicing & Ledger Deductions
We pay you according to the rules we set up when you first started using our platform. Financial Clearances and Invoicing and Ledger Deductions are very important to us.
To get your money quickly you need to have the login details. This is called Fast-Track Settlement. It means you can get paid every two weeks.
Financial Clearances and Invoicing and Ledger Deductions happen automatically. We move the money to your account on the dates we decided when you started. We use secure ways to move the money so it is safe.
Chargeback Protocol
If someone wants to return something they bought from a merchant partner we will take the money back from your account. This is called a Chargeback Protocol, for Financial Clearances and Invoicing and Ledger Deductions. We will calculate how much money to take back and remove it from your account.
Intellectual Property Protection
The code and designs used on starpire.io are owned by Starpire. This includes the way the code is organized the structures used to send and receive data the parts of the system that can change the designs of the user interface and the metrics that show how things are working in real time. Starpire has trademarks and copyrights that protect these things.
Usage License:
If you are a partner with Starpire you can get a key to use our software. This key is only good for a limited time and you cannot give it to anyone else or sell it. You can only use this key to track and complete marketing tasks that Starpire has approved.
If you try to take our data without permission copy it or figure out how it works you will not be able to use our system anymore. We may take legal action against you. Starpire protects its property, including the code and designs, on starpire.io very seriously.
By continuing to use the Starpire platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. Starpire reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice provided via the dashboard or registered email.
